Client Services Associate

Coyle Financial is searching for a Client Services Associate. The selected Candidate will be serving as the first point of contact for our firm’s clients.

• Provide administrative support to the Wealth Advisor
• Efficiently manage calendars and schedules
• Organize and prepare for client meetings
• Participate in client meetings by taking notes and ensuring the agenda is prepared and followed
• Ensure our clients’ needs are met in a timely and professional manner
• Leverage the support functions are our Glenview Headquarters:
  • Operations
  • Planning Specialists
  • Marketing

Qualifications And Skills

• Two or more years of experience in a client service role.
• A professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, administrative, follow-through, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to take charge and direct assigned Wealth Advisor.
• A passion for client service and deep, personalized customer support.
• The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A logical mind, strong attention to detail, and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.).
• A Bachelor of Science degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
